1. Do you offer different size files?
PDF files are provided in the sizes stated in each listing. They are provided "As Is" and no updates or customizations are available at the moment.
2. Does my purchase allows to own the art?
Digital file are sold for your convenience but no rights of any kind are transferred upon purchase. Please be aware of this before purchasing. The same way printed items cannot be reproduced by any means without prior authorization from me.
NO rights to reproduce or share the files or art is granted.
3. Do you do custom work?
I am not taken custom orders at the moment due to time constraints.

4. Why don't you ship internationally?
I have shipped all over the world before but I have found it better to work as inquires come, due to diverse international shipping rates and/or restrictions.
Please inquiry if you need a package outside of the US.
5. What is your shipping method?
Domestic Shipping is USPS priority mail* with tracking and can take from 2-3 business* days to arrive. (*these can vary due to weather or postal delays).
6. Why is your shipping so expensive?
I have decided to ship only USPS Priority Mail due to their reliability and faster delivery times. No other choice is available. My advice: Buy more if you can. You will save in shipping as rates will be almost the same as if you are buying only one card.
* Art Prints, Greeting cards, Postcards and Vow books ship USPS Priority mail.
*DELIVERED PACKAGE but customer claims didn't get package.
I cannot refund a purchase for a package that was delivered to a wrong address.
If the package shows a DELIVERED notice, this means it reached the destination it was on the receipt, therefore no refunds of any kind will be given.
*PACKAGE RETURNED TO ME.
If a package is returned to me due to various reasons (as stated above*) and customer wants the package re-deliver, buyer is responsible for re-delivery shipping charges.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
ALBTME will not be liable for *lost or *undelivered packages due to an *incorrect address, *postal delays due to inclement weather or any other out my hands natural event.
I am a home based, one woman business and cannot afford to refund orders for buyer's mistakes or postal errors. I make every effort to ensure a smooth shipping experience.
I sometimes may contact you via email or etsy conversation to confirm shipping address when it differs completely from the USPS records. If I don't get a confirmation from you I will cancel your order and fully refund your purchase.
It is the buyer's responsibility to correct and confirm shipping address as well as reviewing shipping and tracking information once the package has shipped.

If you are an international buyer you will need to inquiry to get an accurate shipping rate.
Unfortunately I am not shipping to any EU country.
When contacting about an order please provide your country and/or city to better quote you.
I SEND AN EMAIL TO VERIFY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ADDRESSES BEFORE I SHIP YOUR PURCHASE.
THIS IS TO ENSURE A SMOOTH SHIPPING EXPERIENCE, since there is no way I can track the package.
**If for any reason I don't receive confirmation or communication from your part after 24 hrs. I WILL REFUND THE TOTAL PURCHASE AMOUNT. I send an email prior to cancellation to confirm this action.**
VAT and CUSTOMS FEES
International customers are responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Delivery times may vary per country and during the holiday season.
No items can be marked as "gift" as it is against the law.
Customs and tax fees are solely the buyers responsibility. I do not mark packages as gifts. It's against the law.

No rights are transferred after purchase. A Little Bird Tweet Me retains all rights over designs.
Digital sales are for personal, non commercial use. No sharing of files is permitted. Sold as is. All digital sales/custom are NON REFUNDABLE due to their nature.
